Bishops Cottage booking & cancellation terms

Booking terms:

• All weekend bookings must be two days minimum.

Payment:

• Cheque or cash. We are sorry but do not accept credit cards. (Cash machine available)

Check In/Check Out:

• You may check in from 2.00pm onwards
• You must check out by 10.30am.
• Late Arrivals – if you are arriving after 9pm please contact us in advance.

Deposit:

• 1 night's stay by cheque or cash only. Please make cheques payable to Bishops Cottage.
• A deposit is refundable should you have to cancel subject to our cancellation terms.

Cancellation terms:

• Bookings must be cancelled 48 hours in advance in writing of your arrival date. There is a £10 cancellation charge.
• In the event of a no show or a cancellation with less than 48 hours notice prior to the date of arrival, a charge of 100% of the total booking value will be made.
• In the event you should need to cut short your stay during your visit you will be liable for the full cost of the booking unless we relet your room or rooms.
