Bed and Breakfast accommodation
overlooking Lulworth Cove
Bishops Cottage has three rooms all of which
are offered on a bed and breakfast basis, with a minimum of a
two night stay over the weekend.
The rooms are very large with en-suite facilities, and are ideal
for families. They all have 10 digital channel TV’s. There
is also a sun lounge. The cottage was initially built in the seventeen
hundreds and the rooms reflect that. They are however very clean
and tidy.
THE BOATHOUSE
This is a Double room and a seperate twin room situated
over the boathouse. The boathouse is overlooking the cove with
an en-suite bathroom. It has its own entrance. The boathouse is
only let out to one couple or one family because of the shared
bathroom. This has not been renovated yet but is clean and tidy.
It is ideal for families or walkers. The cost is £30 per
person per night B&B.
THE STUDY BEDROOM
This is a very large room in the main building with
two bay windows. It looks out over the courtyard of the cottage.
It has an en-suite bathroom that has not been renovated yet but
is clean and tidy. It is great for relaxing and reading with some
large chairs in a reading bay where you can watch the world go
by. The cost is £40 per person per night B&B until 09/04/09
and £50 per person per night B&B.
THE BAR ROOM
This is a very large room in the main building with
two bay windows. It is not however as large as the study room
and is located over the bar. It does however have a brand new
shower room and a large sitting room area with armchairs and a
couch. The cost is £40 per person per night B&B until
09/04/09 and £50 per person per night B&B.

Bishops Cottage is equipped with free wireless internet
connection in the Bar, the Cafe, the terrace and the two
main rooms in the building. Guests are also able to use all
the facilities of the Beach House, Lulworth which is next door.
